    You don't pay. Our fee is contingent on the file actually closing. If it falls apart, we eat the work.

  • How fast do you respond when I forward a file?

    Same day. You'll get an acknowledgement and your dedicated TC's contact info before EOD on the day you send the contract over.

  • Do I have to use specific software or change my workflow?

    No. We work in your inbox, your DocuSign, your dotloop or SkySlope, and your existing party contacts. Forward us the contract and we plug in.

  • Which states do you operate in?

    All 50. Compliance handling is state-aware: California's structured disclosures, Texas's TREC forms, Florida's escrow rules. We adapt to where you transact.

  • How does the pricing work?

    $350 per file, billed when the deal closes. Send us files when you have them, skip when you don't. Every file is a fresh decision.
